ABOUT THE PM COMPANY

With a 35-year history in the construction business, Pat Minnite, Jr. began his own commercial real estate development company, The PM Company, in 1980.  Since then the company has experienced substantial growth and Mr. Minnite has continued to establish several other successful real estate development business entities.  These companies specialize in medical and professional office buildings and commercial and retail complexes in Parkersburg, West Virginia and the surrounding area.

 

Mr. Minnite has developed over 600,000 square feet of rental properties in West Virginia, meeting the needs of over 200 professional and retail tenants.  In addition, he has also served as general contractor and investor in the Parkersburg, WV AmeriHost Inn in the year 1994.

 

In 1995 and 1996 he also served as an investor in the New Martinsville, WV and Mineral Wells, WV AmeriHost Inn.  In 2005 and 2007 he became and investor in the newly developed Wingate Inn located in Vienna, WV and Holiday Inn Express in Mineral Wells, WV.  In October of 2006, Mr. Minnite was named Citizen of the Year by Ohio Valley University for his life long commitment to the local community.

 

The PM Company is a family oriented business, with Mr. Minnite's children involved in every aspect of the business.  Pat Minnite III, Vice President, is responsible for the property management of the completed projects.  Jason Minnite oversees the construction of new projects, while Karmyn Conley is financial adviser to the business.
